How often do you think they should be changed?

Well Personally I never use anything that Ive had for longer than three months Mascara, Eyeliner, Liquid Foundation.
Some beauty expert said you should replace those things monthly but that doesnt make sense to me. Its such a waste of money. The last time I bought new Mascara was in September. The last time I bought new eye shadow was in MARCH.

things like mascara and anything with an applicator that touches your face should be done away with every two months or as soon after you get sick as possible (think pink eye on mascara, cold sores with lipstick)
foundation, powder, brow pencils i tend to think can last a little longer cause nothing should be getting in it i.e. three-four months.
if you use brushes wash 'em often and that will extend the life of stuff plus it will be generally cleaner too.

u should change ur makeup at least every 3 to 4 months

lipstick - 1 year
foundation - 2 years
eyeshadows ( powdered )- when they are finished
eyeliner - 6 months

sadly not as much as I should, the only things that seem like that runs out is my eyeliner and mascacra... bluch,shadow,foundation,and lipstick like last me sooo long,so I dont replace them until I have 2
