lots of sit ups Put your feet under something like the couch, and start doing sit ups Just start out with a few until each day you work your self up to doing more. Have a healthy diet to go along with it and you should be on your way. sunnydays

running is the best method. you need to lose weight all over your body and regularly work out for a while before you can get a sixpack
cardiovascular training + resistance training (crunches, balance ball exercises, pilates, etc.) + diet = eventually... a six pack!

You stand on the street corner pretending to hang out, then pass a twenty to a person in their twenties or thirties, alone, preferably a girl, to go get it for you. Give her two or three dollars for getting it and meet her outside around back the liquor store.

what i do is about 100 crunches a day. it may seem like a lot but it is not. just do them untill you feel your abs burning. You should do at least 2 sets a day.

diet. ab muscles are the easiest to get. most of us have them already. the issue is they are buried under fat. therefore, diet and cardio will burn the fat and allow them to show through.
