The "neo" bit gives it away. "Neo" = new.

When someone refers to a Nazi or the Nazis, most people will think of those originating from Germany and Austria in the 1930s and 1940s fronted by Hitler.

"Neo" nazis refers to the disturbing resurgence of sympathies towards these same tendencies that has arisen in the last 10 years or so.

As previously stated Neo means new. The neo-Nazis would last about 3 minutes in a Nazi regime. They would shot off their mouth, trying to act tough and independent and would soon be worm food.

Nazis were a scary, horrible bunch. Neo-Nazis are punk kids.

Nothing.

Besides being idiots, The Neo's are just contemporary morons that idolize the original morons of the 1930's.
