I always use normal cycle, hot water with bleach for all my whites. But if they are "nice" shirts....you may want to use the gentle cycle...but "hot water"

Mikey, if you have your white dress/work shirts, you should wash them all together, use a warm/hot cycle depending on amount of soiled area.
Get yourself a Pre-treat stick and give one swipe across the neck and around the inside cuffs of shirt, that will get any excess body oils/grime out.
Toss those buggers in and wash on perma press cycle if you have one, dry on perma press if you have one. I would not use bleach each time on whites, maybe everyonther time, the bleach breaks down the material and weakens it.
Good luck! You might want to find a cleaners that laundrys shirts, many have shirt specials for men 99 cents a shirt!
