How do i get rid of it???

Depends. Some guys, I was one, have more prominent breast bones, and the structure of the ribs make your sternum protrude. I was also very skinny, so it really showed up. I still have a large chest, but it is not "different" from the other guys anymore. I think that it is because I started working at a feedstore when I was 18, and built up my chest muscles, and that helped push the the chest back. I've tried to keep my chest muscles developed ever since, as I still remember being called weird or deformed or chicken breast--not a good thing for your ego. My advice-if you are slim or slender, or just plain skinny--work out, do push ups or pull ups, and the muscle development will help hide or eliminate the chest bone sticking out so much. I used to never go swimming as a kid without a t-shirt, it was so obviously different, when I was 20 or so, I noticed I was no longer different. Hope this helps!

If you're on the thin to normal side (or just really bony), then yes. If you're on the very heavy side (and not really bony), then no.
