How do i have the sex talk with my Mum?

Ok so i'm a teenage girl and i've always been told that if i am thining about having sex to talk to my mum first. I just don't know how i would go about saying to her that i want to be sexually active. What if i told her and she was like you're too young..then what do i do. I jsut don't know how to have this convo with her...help!!!

The fact that you have that option is pretty cool. Go to her and explain how you feel but be prepared to listen also she will probably have some wisdom for you that may make you change your mind. Most parents want their kids to remain untouched until they are grown and married so understand if it's difficult for her she loves you and wants the best for you and yet she is still willing to be open and talk about it. Hey, your mom sounds great so just be honest and understanding.

Probably depends on your relationship with your mum.
If she was the one who told you to come to her, then yes, do so.
If you are saying you've been told in general kids should talk to their parents, and you don't have that kind of relationship with her, you'll probably get the reaction you mention. But since you seem to be mature enough to seek advise, you may need to demonstrate that maturity to you mum, with knowledge of the responsibility.
You don't say, but it would also affect a parent's response, if you were 13 - 14 versus 16 - 17 and if you had a steady boyfriend or were just looking to lose your virginity.
In the end, you will do what you want. It's every persons personal decision.

will it depend on how actully old are you and your the best one who knows your mother so you know how to open such a subject but from my opinion the best way is to try to locate here while she in here best mood and ask here to talk about a hard but important subject then tell here
