I try not to have a very stressful day, but if I have I relax either by listening to music, having a shower and/or doing some Yoga.

turn my phone off I have a note that I put up on my door ocassionaly that says please do not know or ring my door bell I will not be letting visitors in good day.. and I just do something thats relaxing for me!
