How can I pass level 40 in Diner Dash?

I have been trying to pass it for months and no luck. I need practical suggetions, as which helper to choose, etc.

What I do Is seat everyone at the same time.. from slowest eater first to fast eater last.. I pick up everyones orders at the same time, and so on.. that way I rack up more points.. good luck ~Princess
