Well i added a .mp4 file to my itunes library and for some reason or another, it wont sync it to my iPod. I have lots of other videos on there that itunes will sync, but not this one in particular. I know I have enough space on my iPod, and I know its mp4, and they file will play using itunes, so I dont think the file is corrupted

it can't add because its 4 an mp4 not an ipod the same thing happened to me i cant download mp4 stuff since its new... but i can download mp3 files
i think u cant download mp4 files cause since its the new thing now they probably blocked it from entering the ipod.... so dont worry your ipod isnt broken it just blocks it..... i agree it totally sucks hope this helps.. GOOD LUCK!!

You have to convert your videos to be compatible with your ipod by doing the following: On your itunes library select the video you want to sync and right click it. Then click convert selection for ipod . When you do that you can sync the videos on your ipod. Hope this helps you out.

maybe did u move that music file into another file? cuz it wont play it or sync it when you move the music file while its on the itunes list cuz the computer would not recognize it unless you remove the song from your itunes list and drag it back on the itunes list from the file thats now in
