it is different for each person at what age they can no longer have a baby, for example i had my first at 23 but mum mum had me at 39.
if you are both concerned i recommended see your local doc and talking to them about how long she has left

Pregnancy: Does age really matter?
Some people believe that waiting until after age 35 to become pregnant may increase a woman's risk of complications. Is this true?

Conceiving a baby at either extreme of reproductive life presents risks and challenges. Today, larger numbers of women are having babies at an older age, so the increasing "incidence" of certain problems does not tell the whole story.

In a study published in the British Medical Journal, researchers demonstrated an increasing risk of fetal loss with increasing maternal age in women over the age of 30. At 42 years of age, more than half of all pregnancies resulted in a spontaneous abortion, ectopic pregnancy or stillbirth.

However, the news is not all bad. There are studies that also show children of older parents have more advantages in terms of parental readiness and available time to spend with children. Older parents have a tendency to have fewer children which contributes to the improved resources enjoyed by these children.

Although it may seem that a greater number of babies have birth defects in the population of older mothers, the only factor these women have a consistently increased risk for is Down syndrome.

First of all, let's get something straight: fertility decreases after 35, not 30, however the chance of having twins INCREASES after 35!!

I can understand her feelings. I have one baby, age 3 1/2, and my husband and I are currently trying for a second even though our money situation isn't the greatest, etc...I would wait, but I DO have concerns about whether I will be able to have others in the future: reason being that my mother had to have a hysterectomy at 27 due to fibroids, cysts, and pre-cancerous tumors filling the entirety of her uterus...I follow in her footsteps for everything else, so this is a major concern for me...btw, I am 25, so in my head, that gives me 2 years to complete my family: any time I have after that will be a plus but I feel I need to work within a time line or fear losing my fertility in the same way as my mother.

its not a matter of her "Clock Ticking" all she is telling you is that she feels she is ready to have a baby, the question now is: one are you dedicated enough to your GF to have a child, two: financially fit to afford all the baby expenses, ie, food, diapers, medical insurance, and three: mature enough to handle being a father. Baby's are tough work, not all cutsies and cuddles, they poop all the time, drool like a broken faucet, cry inconsolably at all times of the night and get weird colds and odd rashes, but having children can be the best thing that could happened to anyone. You two need to have pre-child counseling and have a long thought out talk about what you two expect from each before and after the pregnancy.

she sounds crazy. Do you want a baby? DO not let her pressure you into a baby if you do not feel 100% about this. Let her know how YOU feel. Are you going to marry her? What if you have a baby, then break up? think of how your future child will be raised..going to your place on the weekends and you paying child support. Make sure your lady is *the one* before having a child

Some ppl are like that. My mom had my lil sister (3rd child) before she was 30. Get married before having a baby, though. And only marry for the right reasons. Dont marry or have a baby before you are ready.

yah, your fertility decreases after age 30 - but seriously, maybe you should look into marriage before having a child together. Just a thought. Good luck
