Please follow the link below to find out about the best program, run by the IEAW (Initiative to Educate Afghan Women). You can contact the administrators at that program, and tell them about your desire to study in the USA.
And please do not let the other answerers bother you. While you should surely try very hard to improve your English in order to study in the USA, the IEAW will understand that English is not your first language, and that you are studying to improve. The IEAW will help you to apply to schools, and to achieve full scholarship support.
