By definition a Catch-22 situation is impossible to get out of :)
For more info:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catch-22_%28logic%29
Excerpt:
"describing a general situation in which an individual has to accomplish two actions which are mutually dependent on the other action being completed first[1]. A familiar example of this circumstance occurs in the context of job searching. In moving from school to a career, one may encounter a Catch-22 where one cannot get a job without work experience, but one cannot gain experience without a job.
Catch-22 situations are also sometimes called the chicken or the egg problems.":

You break the rules. In the book, the character deserts which effectively gets him out of the catch-22 system. The only way out is to completely leave the situation since a catch-22 by definition cannot be resolved from inside the system.

A catch-22... hmm...
If I go to bed right now, I can't do anything else tonight. But if I do more tonight, I won't get up as early (less I can do tomorrow).
Catch-22s are the result of a limited viewpoint. So expand your viewpoint, and remember that in this world, we make our own rules (why should I go to bed at all? I used to know a girl who operated well on 48-hour days).

I am there right now.. I am on disability and "welfare".. If I could go to college and get my degree, I would be much better off and could get off welfare.. problem is.. I don't have the money to go to college...so I am in a catch 22... need $ to improve myself but don't have money to do it with..make sense. There isn't much u can do ..just pick the best one and go with it..

By counting the cost, making the decision, based on either the most comfortable outcome you can live with, or by doing the uncomfortable but right or unselfish thing... in which case it'd provide for a greater personal growth (and also emotional, mental, financial etc. growth, education and experience, depending on what the situation is calling for).

ironic isn't it, because this question is a bit like what you are asking.
Basically, you cannot. that is the 'catch22'.
The term is from the book 'Catch-22' which is a post-modernist satirical novel by Joseph Heller published in 1961.
Worth a read. :)

it is whilst something you do damns you greater. A no win subject. there became basically one capture and that became capture-22, which specific that a challenge for one's secure practices interior the face of disadvantages that have been actual and prompt became the approach of a rational techniques. Orr became loopy and might desire to be grounded. All he had to do became ask; and as quickly as he did, he might now not be loopy and might might desire to fly greater missions. Orr may well be loopy to fly greater missions and sane if he did not, yet whilst he became sane he had to fly them. If he flew them he became loopy and did not might desire to; yet whilst he did not elect to he became sane and had to. Yossarian became moved very deeply with the aid of definitely the simplicity of this clause of capture-22 and set unfastened a deferential whistle. "it incredibly is a few capture, that capture-22," Yossarian stated. "it is the wonderful there is," rfile Daneeka agreed.
