um...first, your partner should empty the bowels beforehand.
As for comfort, try plenty KY as a lubricant. A little anal play with a finger before insertion can relax a person too.

I seriously hate anal sex, it's filthy and humiliating, and phucken painful as hell. She wants it? If she does then it ain't her first time. If you have anal sex with her and it doesn't hurt her into tears, then she's done it before, buck, with someone else you're not aware of. Anal sex REALLY hurts, slow or not, lube or not. As for as the mental level of such a partners is concerns, it does not looks clean. So, how can anyone have "clean anal X" (when the action is the dirtiest action). From medical point of view, it is never recommended. From religious point of view it is prohibited. From a healthy mind it is un acceptable at all.
