This was on television in the early 90's. This old man had been exposed to something and every day he got a year younger. There was a detective that was tracking him trying to find out what happend. It had a scene where the old man was in a diner and the waitress started hitting on him because he was obviously more handsome than when he was 75 or 80 . The dishes started to shake and the walls rumbled and his eyes turned white and started glowing.

As a fan, I can't recall that this was a Stephen King work. There is "Thinner", where a gypsy puts a curse on an overweight man and he gets thinner and thinner...."
