Ahem, well, basically, he seems to get erections but doesn't know that he can sit and push his penis into the bowl in order to pee. So, instead, he pees all over the floor.
My parents don't view this as a huge problem and avoid it, but for me, the sister who has to constantly walk through pee unknowingly, it's getting to be a bit of an issue. Any ideas on how to get the message across without freaking a sensitive eleven year old boy out?

Simply let him know indirectly, like shouting "eww y is there piss on the floor" and letting the matter drop right after. If he's sensitive about the subject, he'll get the message and change to avoid embarrassment or lecture. This used to be a problem for me, b4 i started peeing into the shower stall (rinsing after, of course) at those difficult times.

You really need to talk to your brother about this no matter what even if it is just really direct to him. I don't mean to sound gross but sometimes when you push it into the bowl it does hurt but not enough to pee on the floor but show a little sensitivity because you said he was sensitive so he might be over reacting on the slight pain.

It should be up to your father to train his son,to urinate in the Toilet and not all over or around it. Since the parents are not taking this seriously, sadly there will be another grown up male, that will make his family miserable with this behavior . Definitely yell and complain that it is messy in the bathroom again and have him clean it up and sanitize it .It should not be your responsibility, but keep on trying .If he is sensitive, he should be sensitive enough to clean it up.

I always shout about it.
Gross who fricken` pissed on the floor/toilet seat. Clean it up! I'm not cleaning this mess.
Then I mumble while going back to my room to wait till my brother or one of his friends clean it up.
It's disgusting.

Have your parents to make him clean up his mess. or have your parents to tell him to point it down!
As I am sure he probably does not exhibit this type of behaviour, outside of your home as peer pressure would be to great, I suspect he knows how to push your buttons!

It's not safe to "push" it into the bowl. You can actually hurt yourself doing that. Just tell him.
