Tell them that you already have plans for that time. Some people might say this is a lie, but you said that you would like to have a nice break for the weekend! That is your plan that you have!

You don't need a reason. If the person asks you just say "NO" and don't give an explanation. If they ask why just tell them you have personal reasons and don't say anything else.
