My franchise isnt doing well and i want to sell it but how?

what kind of legal fees will i need to pay and whether i can get to recoup any money i invested into this franchise?

Just give an adv. in the local newspaper and discuss about it with the persons u know for it sale off, soon u Will get customer for it. Regarding legal fees etc.. it would be mentioned clearly on Ur franchisee agreement. else contact the respective company for details
