Actually I didn't understand. Some says Snape is a good guy. He killed Dumbledore in Half Blood Prince because Dombledore ask to. But what about the conversation between him and Bellatrix in the beggining of Half Blood Prince? Why he's being so cruel to Harry? (maybe it's a revenge to James Potter) If Snape is a Death Eater, why didn't Dumbledore realise it?

And.. what happend to Harry and Cho? Is it end just like that?

Okay, Harry and Cho are so over. They can't even look at eachother anymore. Maybe they'll get over it in Deathly Hallows (the 7th book *Katie squeels and dances*), but I don't know.

About the "I know he did the unbreakable to protect Draco, no to kill Dumbledore." part, part of the Unbreakable Vow Snape made was....

"'And, should it prove necessary ... if it seems Draco will fail ... ' whispered Narcissa (Snape's Hand twitched within hers, but he did not draw away), "will you carry out the deed that the Dark Lord has ordered Draco to perform?'"

At that point, we didn't know what deed Draco had to do, but obviously Snape did (it wouldn't make sense if he didn't, why agree to something you don't know about?).

My theory (along with many others) is that Dumbledore never realized that Snape was still a Death Eater beacuse he trusts people too much. He believed Severus Snape had turned from his old ways, and up until the ending of book 6, he certainly seemed to have (from Dumbledore's point of view).

I totally agree with you on the cruelness (?) to Harry part though, I think it is just from all that Snape endured from James. James isn't around any more (obviously), so why not take it out on his son, right? Poor Harry. All he did was survive the Killing Curse.

Oh, and I don't agree with people who think Snape only killed Dumbledore on his orders, I mean come on, that's so not canon. I don't think Dumbledore's character would let himself (or as they say, be orded really) be killed. In Fanfiction it's possible, but in the actual series?! I don't think so.

OK...Here's a thought. (I do agree with the other answerers...Snape is a VERY complicated character...) Snape made the Unbreakable Vow not knowing that Malfoy was told to kill Dumbledore. I think DD used Legilimency on Draco to find out that he'd been ordered to kill him. (Makes more sense than Snape...Draco would've been expecting it from Snape and therefore would have used Occlumency against him.) I personally think he's being cruel to Harry partly because of the hatred toward James, partly because DD has told him to. I can't explain it, but I think DD wanted Harry to feel that Snape was evil, even if the only reason was that Harry didn't question anything. As much as I don't really want to, I'm thinking that DD is right and Snape IS good. I think that if Harry survives book 7 (which I'm hoping), both Snape and Malfoy will turn good.

Snape is a very complicated character, but I think he killed Dumbledore because he was controlled by the Imperious curse. That's the only reason I can possibly think of. Most likely, when Snape was killing Dumbledore, it talked about how hatred was etched in every line of his face, like Snape was forced to kill Dumbledore.

Harry and Cho are definately over. I think it's all about Harry and Ginny now!

Harry and Cho just ended because it was awkward with Cedric dying and them being together.

And as for Snape, I believe he is mean to Harry because so many death eaters children are inn his house and he does it as a front. Snape has actually saved Harry butt several times and doesnt want him around, so Voldemort cant get to him.

And I do believe Dumbledore asked Snape to kill him. I believe his reason was for Snape to do it so the boy wouldnt become a murderer. Dumbledore would sacrifice himself for the greater good of his students...

he was going out with Jenny on the last one. they definetly made a better couple and it never worked out with Cho because she never got over her dead boyfriend. The conversation between him and Bellatrix was something he had to do because he was spying for Dumbledore and had to play the part. The promise he made was unbreakable so he needed to kill Dumbledore. I don't know if he is a good or bad guy yet... but i'm thinking bad guy. i guess we'll find out in the last book. most of the reason of the animosity between snape and harry is because of james potter abusing him when he was younger.

Snape is evil the murder proves it.
Dumbledore did not ask him to. Read the book.
Snape did it because Draco Malfoy was too much of a chicken to do it, and Snape made an unbreakable vow with Draco, ( if Draco does not perform his task Snape will die)
He hates Harry because Harry is not evil, and because James tried to kill him, by letting Lupin attack him, but Sirius pulled him back, but he hates Sirius too.
Dumbledore gives people the benefit of the doubt, Snape said he changed, and claimed that he was spying on the deatheathers, instead of helping them, by spying on Hogwarts.
Cho isn't over Cedric even though he's dead.

It has been said several times in the books that Dumbeldor trusts Snape. Dumbeldor spoke on his behalf when he was being accused of being a Death Eater. Snape was also in the Order, where he was a spy. With the way the last book ended it seems that he has gone back to Voldermot's side, but maybe he didn't maybe he had to kill Dumbeldor. Maybe dumbledor didn't die? We will all just have to wate and see..

I guess we'll have to wait until the 7th book. I believe the author said that Snape is a complicated character (but he's really a good guy)

"[Voldemort] can move faster than Severus Snape confronted with shampoo when he wants to." -Fred Weasley "Oh, very good....Yes, it is easy to see that nearly six years of magical education have not been wasted on you, Potter. 'Ghosts are transparent.'" - Severus Snape "There's no need to call me sir Professor." - Harry Potter "Mr. Moony presents his compliments to Professor Snape and begs him to keep his abnormally large nose out of other people's business. Mr. Prongs agrees with Mr. Moony, and would like to add that Professor Snape is an ugly git. Mr. Padfoot would like to register his astonishment that an idiot like that ever became a professor. Mr. Wormtail bids Professor Snape good day, and advises him to wash his hair, the slimeball." - Marauder's Map All of these they are just so funny! Probably the shampoo one! lmfao
