considering the rapid climate change thats been happening today because of man's excessive exploitation of mother earth...

man destroys earth

woman inherits the earth???........

rather than focus on climate changes,etc, focus on God who is in control whether you blieve it or not. He allows man to mess up but in the realm of His soveriegnty-He has the ultimate control over anything and everything in the universe.
We may affect many things to our detrminent and we will suffer from it, no doubt, but we will not destroy the planet. The Bible is firm is saying God will make a new heaven and new earth and that designates that He alone will destroy the old ones. sure gives peace to us who believe He is the creator,author and finisher and sustainer of all that is,was and ever shall be!
