I think that the answers are:

m (slope) =
1) 2/3
2) -3/2
3) 1/8
4) 2/5
5) 5/4

I believe that you solve EACH EQUATION for the form:
Y = mx + b

Where m is the slope and b is a constant.

It has been a long time since I did such things, so please consult with others.

1) 2x- 3y = 6
3y=2x - 6
y = 2/3x - 6/3
y = 2/3x - 2
form of y = mx + c
m is the slope
by comparing the equation, we have,
slope = 2/3

2) 3x + 2y = 12
2y = -3x + 12
y = -3/2x + 12/2
y = -3/2x + 6
by comparing with y = mx + c,
m = -3/2

3) 1/2x -4y = 8
4y = 1/2x - 8
y = 1/2/4 - 8/4
y = 2x - 2
comparing with y = mx +c,
m(slope) = 2

4) -2x + 5y= 10
5y = 2x + 10
y = 2/5x + 10/5
y = 2/5x + 2
comparing with y = mx +c
m = 2/5

5) 5x - 3y = 15
3y = 5x- 15
y = 5/3x - 15/3
y = 5/3x - 5
comparing with y = mx + c,
m = 5/3

For a million, in basic terms use the equation y = mx + b and rearrange the equations to isolate for y. the slope is besides the fact that m is. so for a it may be 2y = 3x + 4 --> y = (3/2)x + 2 so the slope is 3/2 for 2, returned use the formula y = mx + b, b is the y-intercept and m is the slope. so in basic terms draw at dot at y = 2 and slope potential upward thrust over run... so if so its -4/a million ... so for each 4 squares "down" and each a million sq. to the excellent on the graph, place a dot... and then in basic terms connect the dots later. for 3, rearrange the equation and persist with the technique for 2) For 4, the equation for the perpendicular line can in basic terms be stumbled on by applying switching the top and decrease numbers of the slope.

rearrange and solve for y in each one.
1) 2x-3y=6 becomes
-3y=6-2x
y=-2+2x/3

and y=mx+b and m is the slope so it is 2/3. you graph it by doing rise over run. Go up to units and over 3 from the y intercept (0,2)

solve for y. then use the formula for slope which is y2-y1/x2-x1.
Lets try 1 first.
1. 2x-3y=6, subtract 2x from both sides
-3y=6-2x, divide both sides by -3
y= (2/3)x-2
to find the slope, pick any number for x. lets choose 0. when x=0, y=(2/3)(0)-2=-2. so (x1,y1) is (0,-2). choose another x-value. lets choose 3. when x=3, y=(2/3)(1)-2=0. so (x2,y2) is (3,0).
use the slope formula, so (0-(-2))/(3-0)=2/3. so the slope is 2/3. use the same method to find problems 2-5

The way I always do it is change it to y=mx+b form.. so #1 would be y=2/3x-2.. the slope is 2/3, the y-intercept is 2.
