does facebook have a tracker or something that shows who visits your page or photos? thanks for ur help

Nope it doesn't. This is something that the facebook creators are very adamant about never happening. Every time they made a change to facebook like adding the mini-feed, they made it very clear that users will never be able to see who has visited their profile or pictures.

No, it doesn't. Anything that offers that feature is a scam.
