I need expertise from those who knows the laws or who are doing these already. Please consider the followings.
selling them on your private website from
Ebay
Yahoo Geocite
or any other private single web page.
I heard that there are laws that prevents small company from selling alcohol directly to consumer. What if its from business to business??? Please elaborate any details in regards to selling alcohol over the web.

You have to abide by not only federal law, but also the state law that you reside in. I would think that you would have to at least get a liquor license to sell alcohol in any way. When you apply for one, they will probably tell you what you can and can't do.
You can't sell to minors, and if it's over the Internet, it's kind of hard to make sure that you comply with this law.
If you have more detailed questions, you should contact a business lawyer.

Pennsylvania doesn't allow beer to be sold via internet to any other states. Virginia allows intrastate sales. Not sure about other states. California shipped a case of wine to my old roommate however. Pennsylvania has the strangest alcohol laws.

There r certain laws and limitations on selling of Alcohals, There r several dry days too when alcohals cannot be sold.
So, The laws Prohibits sale of Liquors on the net.

I know Ebay will not allow sales of alcohol on its site,cigarettes either,im not sure but i dont believe its legal to sell alcohol on the internet at all.

I don't think so......why would you want to sell it over the net when someone can just go to a liquor store and buy it with out have to pay shipping and handling?????

ebay does not allow the sale of alcohol with the exception of collectible wine.
