Sounds like you are having contractions. Are you timing your them?

Start a chart. Write down the time the contraction begins. Count how many seconds it lasts (write it down). When the next contraction begins, write that time down. The time from the start of one, to the start of the other is how long a contraction is. Keep this chart up for awhile.

If they are coming longer, stronger and closer together, you are in labour and should start doing some proactive things to speed up labour (walking around, relax, deep breathing, etc).

Call the hospital or your dr and tell them how far apart they are. They will tell you if you need ot come in or not. My dr wanted me to go to the hospital when they were a min. of 4 minutes apart and lasting 30- 45 secs each.

And go to the hospital soon! Who knows how your labour will progress from this point, you could be fast, or it might be awhile till you meet your new baby! My first labour was 34 hours, my second 5 hours. Who knows!

Any doubts, go anyways, at the worst, they will just send you home.

Honey, you're in labor. You are having contractions that get stronger and stronger as time passes. I would say you have a maximum of 3 days left. Congratulations and enjoy them while they're so little and want you to cuddle. When they get to be about a year, they don't want to be held or cuddled so much. I'm sure you are dilating. The pains mean dilation and you are about to have that baby. I highly reccommend you get to the hospital now. The more care you get now and the more comfortable you are in that nice warm bed with warmed blankets being thrown at your hourly, the better off you'll be.

Congratulations your baby will be here soon if not already. You should make sure you know who is going to take you to the hospital and don't forget to have a car seat for your new precious cargo. If your stomach is upset try eating small portions at a time. I think you probably already had your baby though. Happy Motherhood days.

Things to take with you: camera, baby blanket, comfortable sanitary pads, cute little t-shirt/outfit for the baby picture, toothbrush and toothpaste. maybe a brush and lip balm

good luck

how in the world are we going to know, thats what doctors are for, and if your pains arent at least regularly ten min or less apart dont get all wound up.
