Can't really think of any. My ex fiance and I had a special song that we liked. So maybe when I hear the song "Nothings gonna change my love for you." Makes me a little sad since it obviously was a lie, but hey,I still think it's a nice song.

I really don't listen to that much country western music but there is this song by Tim McGraw called "Don't take the girl". It is a very very sad song! You wanna cry listen to this song!

A song that makes me sad almost everytime I hear it is Eric Clapton's "Tears in Heaven." The song he wrote after his young song died tragically.
