Yes. The surge of direct power from being electrocuted doesn't always leave a physical mark but can cause nerve damage if the voltage is really high. Get him checked out just to be safe, if he's fine then cool but if he isn't then you can start treating the problem now.

If he was electrocuted then he is dead, so no use to get him checked out.
If he was shocked by a live wire, then yes you should get him checked. Although he has no visible damage, the current can affect heart rate.

Yes, you should! Even if he looks ok, the shock could've thrown his heart rhythms off a bit, or caused some internal damage. Go to the doctor asap.

Any time you're shocked, you should see a doctor. Physical symptoms may not appear immediately, but damage could definitely have been done.

This will depen on more than one factor such as was this a common 110 at home or does he have any history of heart problems. If he seems to be fine and not having any trouble chances are he will be fine but it never hurts to get a medical opinion.

how badly was he shocked?
how long was he in contact with the live wire?
was it an ordinary house wire, or something with higher voltage?

if it was just a split second contact with an ordinary house wire and he let go immediately, I'd say no.

If he wasn't fully lucid 2-3 seconds after the shock, then go to the dr.

No, if he is able to function properly then it is all good. I have been electricuted on multiple occasions while wiring while remodeling. The house electricity is not strong enough to do much damage.
