make sure she is drinking at least 64 oz of water a day! (not teas, soda, juice, milk, etc... PLAIN WATER.) i am 4 and a 1/2 months pregnant and i was having very similar problems, stomach aches, headaches, and back pain, when i told my doctor about it she said it was caused by dehydration, and suggestion i increase my water intake. the problems have all went away since then.
good luck to you both. you sound like a good man, and both of you are lucky to have a strong support system, but make sure you prepare yourself for everything, because everything is going to change.

I had a hard time coming up with ideas until I thought of this ...
Read her pregnancy book or go out and purchase one for yourself! I'm on my third pregnancy and my husband hasn't read very much at all from my books. I get so frustrated! The only reason I signed us up for the child birth classes for our first child was because my husband needed a better education in what was going on. (don't get me wrong, my husband is supportive)
If you really read a book you'll understand more about what she is going through at different stages of her pregnancy. You might be better able to anticipate her needs. (Just don't lecture her after learning all the stuff you read.)
In my pregnancy book there are even some sections for the father. But I suggest reading more than that.

this would be tough time for both of you, you are doing more than a lot of men do now, keep up the good work, may be you could take her out for diner, and remind her that she is still beautiful as she was before she go Peggie's, and every now and then do sweet little things like leave a I love you note in her make up compact or in her shoes or some place you know she will find it
good luck and I wish you both the best

You sound like you're doing a good job! (Your life is gonna change in ways you haven't even IMAGINED yet! But, it's alot of fun!)
For upset belly in mama-to-be, my wife munched down soda crackers and that really helped with all 3 pregnancies. In fact, for awhile, that's ALL she could eat with the morning sickness. Just keep doing what you're doing, be prepared for MOOD SWINGS, and (no joke) cravings of the strangest kind. I once drove to the store at 2:30A.M. @ -40 deg. below zero weather in Fargo ND when my wife was pregnant, because I ATE THE LAST KIT-KAT BAR, and she wanted one......REAL BAD!!
Otherwise, be very kind to her. If she asks, "Do I look FAT?" let me tell ya buddy, you're on your OWN! Nobody has EVER answered that question correctly to a mom-to-be!

awwww that's so sweet of you.shes lucky to have you.well all you have to do is keep doing what you are doing ask her what els you can do for her...beware when she starts getting cravings for weird things and hope that you don't have to run around in the middle of the night looking for all kinds of weird foods...but I'd say your on the right track and make her DRINK LOTS OF WATER.Prepare for your future.
