The South fighting against the damnyankee invaders in the War of Northern Oppression. It was *not* all about slavery, y'all, do a little independent research. Quite a bit had to do with tariffs and taxes. The north wanted a monopoly on our raw materials, even if others would pay higher prices....even if it meant war.

The US Revolution, fighting the British for our independence as a sovereign nation. No taxation without representation.

The Irish fighting the British for their sovereignty. There were a lot of laws passed to oppress the Catholics from owning land, going to school, and several other thing we all take for granted.

Frankly, I'd not mind seeing another American Revolution against these nincompoops running the show now. Too bad that so many of us are so damned complacent, anymore.

How about Nat Turner and his slave rebellion? How about the south rising up to fight for its independence from the Union? How about the Irish fighting England, the Saxons battling the Vikings.
There's a million of them - that guy earlier is right.
