I graduated from U. of Pittsburgh in 90. It was a city in decay then. Is it any better? Is it worse?

i graduated pa culinary in 2000 and it was pretty nice then. it was very safe and as a small petite blonde female, i felt safe to walk alone at night and know there was a police officer when i needed one.
it was very clean, as there was always a street cleaner downtown.
outside of the 11 block downtown radious, who knows. i didn't go anywhere except school and to work, taco bell, at some place i had to ride a bus too, lol.
i am sure some day, i will visit again, but why , did they tear down three rivers stadium!!!! i loved that place!!!!

If you're under 120 years old, it's probably worse now.

Ottawa beat their Hockey Team all the time (OK most of the time)..
