Dub(english) means thats its in the english language, as in the voice acting is
Sub means that its in the original language but has the subtitles in a different

English dub is when the English voice actors replace Japanese voice actors. So basically is the movie/anime is English instead of Japanese. I suggest you not do it because English sub (is when they have the original actors and English subtitles at the bottom) is way better^_^

Dub = The original japanese actor voices have been replaced (recorded over) by american english actor voices.

Sub = The original japanese voices have been left intact, and english subtitles added.

Most fans prefer subs over dubs.

i think it means they speak another language and they have translators that translate it to English
