Don't mean to be rude, but if those who'd said "Chinese food" had based their choice from the fried rices and chow meins they've had, then i'm sorry but that's not quite accurate. Fried rice and chow mein are virtually found everywhere in the majority of Asian countries, including India. The fancy, colourful dishes you see in restuarants these days aren't so traditional, they've been invented only a few years ago, since food became more available to the Chinese population. (And, as with all kinds of ethnic foods, Chinese food itself diverges into many different categories depending on origin etc) I serve customers at a takeaway, and you wouldn't BELIEVE just how many non-Asian people out there who don't even know what chow mein really is! (chow mein literally means stir fried noodles, but customers seem to think its just a dish comprising of veges and/or meat only O_o)

Anyway, my favourite type of food is just anything European, but in particular, I love pasta dishes! And, I've never had cordon bleu before, but I'd like to try it one day :) I also love all kinds of Italian and French desserts XD

Meh, just felt like a good rant about how dumb some people can be XD (not aiming at anyone in particular)
