DNA does not require any of the above except enzymes to exist.

Protein synthase synthesizes protein and meiosis does not help DNA to come into place. Sunlight can cause a mutation to the DNA which does not help it to exist.

It is generally deduced that the earliest form of life is RNA. So, DNA may have existed when RNA is reverse transcribed to DNA. So, there would be a need to have the enzyme Reverse Transcriptase. So, enzyme is needed.

They need many enzymes to exist because these enzymes catalyze the reactions needed for DNA replication, protein synthesis, etc.
