How often do you change your bed sheets.?

I refuse to change them cause i spend most of the time sleeping on the couch cause of my big mouth.....but if i was to change them i would change them every time me and my girlfriend make love ,so once every leap year

I usually change them once to twice a week. It also depends on what type of sheets i have on the bed and the weather that it is outside.

Every Saturday morning (unless they need to be changed for some other reason), I also vacumm the mattress, and wash the mattress pad. Every 3 months or so I flip the mattress over and turn it up the other way to help preserve it.

every weekend. and i vacuum the mattress underneath before i put new sheets on. i saw an episode of oprah on bed bugs, and i've been a clean freak when it comes to my bed ever since!

If by "changing" you are talking about washing them; I wash them every 2 weeks. If you are talking about getting entirely new sheets that depends upon thread count and fabric. Higher thread counts and certain fabrics like Egyptian cotton sure feel nice but wear out quicker than other similar fabrics with lower thread counts. The same thing goes for ties; silk ties have higher thread counts and feel/tie nicer than regular ties; but they also wear out about twice as fast!
