Weight is going to depend a lot on your build - bone size, muscle mass, etc. Essentially, it is not your age that matters so much as your BMI, or Body Mass Index. According to the BMI charts, a healthy weight for anyone 5'10" is anywhere between 132-174 pounds.

well it depends cause you could be thick with no stomach and you could weigh in about 160 and if not slim 135 to 155 but if you want a** you would be around 170

I am a little taller than that, and when I was your age I think I weighed about 155-160 pounds.

you may want to check some type of bmi thing but i belive a heathy weight for that height and age is about 130-170lbs.... but a little extra or a little less is not too bad

i think a curvy (boobs and *** only) girl would be about 145-150lbs and don't pay attentino to the less than 10% body fat post. that should be for men. women have hips and boobs and butts. it think around 20% is good for women.

Check your BMI (body mass index.)
It's not always accurate, but might give you a bit of an idea.
