M/N = 6/5
3M + 2N = ?
M = 6
N = 5
= 3(6)+2(5)
= 18 + 10
= 28
therefore,3M + 2N = 28

There isn't enough information to solve the problem. Here is the best we can do.

Given M/N = 6/5

Find 3M+2N

M/N = 6/5
M = (6/5)N
3M = 3*(6/5)N = (18/5)N
3M+2N = (18/5)N +2N = (28/5)N

or

M/N = 6/5
N = (5/6)M

3M+2N = (28/5)N = (28/5)(5/6)M = (28/6)M = (14/3)M

M/N = 6/5, then M = (6/5)N

3 ((6/5)N) + 2N = (18/5)N + 2N = (18/5)N + (10/5)N

(28/5)N

5(3/5)N is the closest you can get to the answer.

M/N = 6/5, then M = 6 and N = 5

So, 3M+2N = 3(6)+2(5)
3M+2N = 18+10
3M+2N = 28

Since m/n=6/5
m=1.2n

so 3m=3.6n
therefore
3m+2n=5.6n
this is the best u can do.
m/n=6/5 doesn't mean that m=6 or n=5
it's just that the m to n ratio is 6/5

If M/N = 6/5, then
3M+2N = 3(6N/5) + 2N = 28N/5
3M+2N = 3M + 10M/6 = 28M/6

It could be many different answers...

if m=6 and n=5, then 3*6+2*5=28

if m=12 and n=10, then 3*12+2*10=56

I think the solution you are looking for is
M = 6
N = 5
therefore
3M + 2N = 18 + 10 = 28

That is most likely the answer you are looking for, but since the given information is a ratio, you need to multiply by a scaling constant.
3M + 2N = A28

That question doesnt make sense, you have 3 variables and only 2 equations

m/n = 6/5

BUT THIS DOESNT MEAN m= 6 and n=5
