Jacking off is absolutely the safest sex a guy can have! You don't want to get anything in the urethra (penis opening) of course. Things like soap can cause a minor infection which usually goes away without any treatment. However with just common sense jacking off is SAFE, SAFE, SAFE...and it's FUN too!
