remove it totally, find a matching thread, start by sewing into the blazer..........DO NOT make big stitches..........just small enough that the button will cover,do them repeatedly about 3 times, then sew in the button the same way you made the small stitches but now going through the loop, don't make it to tight or too loose better enough put a match stick near the loop and sew on. go on like that for 6 more turns then move the stick. On the inside of the blazer opposite to where you were stitching make a knot or make 3 back stitches on top of one another.........it should stick

remove the button completely and pull out all the other threads. find a matching colour for the thread or something close to it.
needle and thread...make a knot at the end of that long thread you have threaded then pierce it through from the back of the point your button should be and then insert the button and sew it close to the point that you initially pierced...do it over and over and when you feel it is tight enough just knot it and cut the excess.
if all else fails...just get really GOOD GLUE and stick it...it should not be visible...

Go to the store and get yourself a curved needle, you'll be able to fix it right up with that.
Look for it in the materials section, where the normal needles are kept.
