Which element closest resembles your personality? Why?

Since I am a Virgo, it's said that my element is the earth.
I think that's totally wacky for the following reasons:
- I'm not grounded.
- I'm definitely not practical.
- I take big risks...
- I'm not really conservative.
So I suppose fire would suit me better since I am definitely the following:
- Enthusiastic about anything and everything i get I involved it or even remotely interested in.
- I burn out of control often...
- I'm spontaneous to a great extent.
- I have strong morals.
- I don't back down from anything or anyone if I feel there is a just cause.
- I am bossy.
- When i'm angry, it's impossible to talk to me.

Fire.. I'm a Leo with Gemini Rising, so I am very passionate and compassionate... Fortunately I need the guidance of water- Pisces- my mom, to cool me off. LOL. Closest thing to Earth is grounding, that ain't easy either when the Air in me flies, like my love of owls.

I have been told water and earth, earth because i am firm with anything i do, and water because i can be calm and gental but yet i can become violent and unforgiving just as the high seas can.

I was born march 17, so I'm suppose to be water sign,but I have red hair. This gives me more of a fiery personality.

Water- the temperature changes like my moods. From warm to cold sometimes.

For me I suppose it's water, because I'm a Cancer for one thing. I'm also crazy and unpredictable like the ocean or a waterfall, I can be tranquil like a lake or a river.......yes, I am just like water, in so many ways! :)
