Seems like this question's been asked 5 times a day for the past 3 days. You should probably just read those answers. We're all kinda tired now.

Depends.
If they were born blind, no. Because they can't comprehend sight.
If they became blind and do remember and understand sight, then yes.
If someone who has never seen light dreams, they do not see their dreams. They hear, feel, and smell them.

yes they dream just like you and me, they "see" the same things. Depends if they are blind from birth
