i am 19 and i have big saggy boobs why does anyone know?

It sucks but welcome to the club. I have been the way since I turned into a young woman and I am now 28. I think it runs in the family. As for saggy that called gravity.

Gravity. I have big saggy boobs too. My size a DDD and I am 19 too. I hate it! I am not even 20 and I already have grandma boobs. I wish I can get a breast reduction. However, I don't have the money. I know how you feel about this. You just have to live with it like me.

It probably has to do with you being a little bit overweight and genetics. Also with the way you stand (listen to your mother - stand up straight, shoulders back, head up).
Try doing some chest exercises - like chest flies, push ups, and straight arm pull overs to tone the muscles and help hold your boobs up.

Gravity. Especially if you have big boobs. Just get a good bra and that should fix it.

You're probably overweight and your boobs are just made of fatty tissue.

Do you not wear a bra? a bra helps to shape your boobs................................................
