Does anyone in here know where I can take a free photoshop course online? I know HP has one but, their's is advanced. I need introductory. Do you also know where I can download an older version of the program. My comp does not meet the memory requorements for the Cs2 version.

I don't have any specific recommendations for tutorials, but if you google "photoshop beginners tutorial" or similar you should find some online resources.
Check eBay for older versions of the software, or Half Priced Books if they're in your area.For less capable computers, look for Photoshop LE. I picked up a copy of this for $10 and ran it on a Win98 machine with 128 MB of RAM. It used to be included with digital cameras and such.
There's also the freeware Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/windows/ ) which has much of the functionality of Photoshop.
