you need to have a torrent software to open such files
you can try utorrent;

the software will show a list of files that can be downloaded, you can select what to download or you can download all the files refered in the torrent

It's illegal to obtain copyrighted torrents and enter into trouble. I highly recommend having a VPN service whenever downloading torrents. I am using http://www.vpnmaster.org theyallow torrents on their European servers.
