Are there a lot of gays in prison or are they just really desprate to have sex that they have sex with each other?

I think it's a question of desperation. The sex drive for some individuals is hard to control; combine that with the fact that these people generally wouldn't be in prison if they had good impulse control to begin with, and you have a setup for "gay" sex.

Desperate yes,and both men and womens prisons,have allot of sex in them..hey what else are they to do..it human nature

They do not have access to women and since for most even gay sex is preferable to masturbation...well....you see the result. What is needed is co-ed prisions. That would solve the problem.

its because the prisoners are so bored being locked up in jail so they just turned on each other and have sex when they are bored.... IT'S BECAUSE OF BOREDOM.

since most of them are locked up for long periods of time..... they tend to have gay sex because that's the only sex they have access to...... and there are no women around...

because they are criminals and they enjoy raping people. it is a power trip, plus they usually have mental problems.. depression, anxiety, and many others.. it has nothing to do with sexual preference..

hehehehe most have wifes and girlfriends on the outside and are only gay when in jail. i often wonder if their girlfriends ever wonder??????????????????
