If you want to travel specifically to partake in the gay scene, then do NOT go to the United Arab Emirates. Sexual relationships that are not heterosexual are ILLEGAL in the UAE and punishments include jail time, fines, deportation, and in some cases the death penalty.
Not every country is gay-friendly. The UAE is one of them. If you are looking for gay travel, then you need to go elsewhere. Lesbianism in this country is definitely not accepted, so the lesbians will not be comfortable having a fling with a foreigner.
