The only three teams to have their entire infield hit more than 20 home runs are:
2005 Texas Rangers
1B- Mark Teixiera-43
2B- Alfonso Soriano-36
3B- Hank Blalock-25
SS- Michael Young-24
2004 Texas Rangers
1B- Mark Teixiera-38
2B- Alfonso Soriano-28
3B- Hank Blalock-32
SS- Michael Young-22
1996 Baltimore Orioles
1B- Rafael Palmeiro-39
2B-Roberto Alomar-22
3B- BJ Surhoff-21
SS- Cal Ripken Jr.-26
Also for the record the only 2 teams to have the entire infield and catcher hit at least 20 homeruns would be the
2005 Rangers- Rod Barajas hit 21
1996 Orioles- Chris Hoiles hit 25
Another something for you...the 1996 Baltimore Orioles and the 2005 Texas Rangers had two outfielders, the entire infield, and the catcher hit at least 20 home runs.
OF- Brady Anderson hit 50 and Bobby Bonilla hit 28 for Baltimore
OF- Kevin Mench hit 25 and David Dellucci hit 29 for Texas
Good Question!!!!

Well after the first two guys said those teams, I researched them to make sure they were right, and then I looked at Baseball Reference at every team's home run totals until I got to the '04 Rangers (didn't know if this would fit in source)
The 2005 Texas Rangers. The team's All-Star first basemen and Gold Glover Mark Teixeria hit 43 homers, while the club's shortstop, Michael Young hit 24. Alfonso Soriano the second baseman finished the season with 36 homers, and finally Hank Blalock, the third baseman hit 25 round trippers.
The 1996 Baltimore Orioles also accomplished this feat, when Rafael Palmeiro hit 39 homers, Cal Ripken Jr. hit 26, Roberto Alomar finished with 22 roundtrippers, and finally BJ Surhoff, the third baseman hit 21 homers.
The final team to accomplish this feat is the 2004 Texas Rangers, when Mark Teixeira hit 38, Michael Young hit 22, Hank Blalock hit 32 and Alfonso Soriano hitting 28.

Just for contrast, check out this infield :
1B - 1 HR in 154 games, 556 AB
2B - 0 HR in 143 games, 549 AB
SS - 0 HR in 133 games, 484 AB
3B - 0 HR in 116 games, 378 AB
What pathetic team is this? The 1906 World Champion Chicago White Sox. The entire team hit only 7 HR all season. How times have changed.

I believe that the Dodgers infield of the late 70s accomplished this feat. Steve Garvey, 1b; Davey Lopes, 2b; Ron Cey, 3b and Bill Russell, SS. I think that Dusty Baker and Reggie Smith were also on those teams, and each hit 20 or more.

also the 1996 Baltimore Orioles:
1B Rafael Palmeiro 39
2B Roberto Alomar 22
3B BJ Surhoff 21
SS Cal Ripken Jr. 26
edit: is it three different teams, or three different seasons (do the two rangers seasons count as two or just one of the three)? and does exactly 20 homers count? because there's this:
1986 Detroit Tigers
1B Darrel Evans 29
2B Lou Whitaker 20
3B Darnel coles 20
SS Alan Trammel 21

no possible force play anywhere. there has to be a runner on first for a force play. For the infield fly to happen, runners can be anywhere, but there has to be at least one at first
