There are many many good websites available. I would type Dominant/Submissive in the search engine and see what comes up. As far as proper etiquette goes, are you meaning in terms of a relationship? If so, that would pretty much need to be defined between you and your partner. Most in a D/s relationship use yes Sir and no Sir when speaking to their Dom. There are many rules in their relationship, but each one is as unique as the people in them. Some D/ser's have safewords some don't. Some sub's don't look their Doms in the eye, some walk behind him as a form of respect, defer to his judment in all things, but do voice their opinions just let Him decide. But we are not a doormat, we have a voice, a good Dom will never forget that.

Since you aren't specific, I'm going to assume that you mean etiquette for dungeons, play parties and leather events. Since there's no real rules for submissives, I'll simply state general rules of thumb from a submissive perspective.

Show respect to those that have earned it from you, but only those that have earned it. You're a submissive, not a doormat. You are not required to call anyone "Sir/Maam" or "Master/Mistress" unless you are their submissive. Be polite to everyone, though.

If you request play from someone and they say no, respect that and move on. Don't pester them.

If you are with a Dominant, ask him if other Dominants have to ask his permission to speak to you.

Submission is not a contest. No one cares who is more subby than who.

Tattling to a submissive’s dominant about his/her misbehavior is usually considered cute and harmless among friends. Tattling to a submissive’s dominant when you don’t know either of them will make you look whiny.

If you have a problem, tell your Dominant immediately, or someone in charge. They can't help you if they don't know that there's a problem.
