How does technologies affects young Filipinos/children?

technologies affect young filipinos children highly. they become more dependent on it. spending a lot of money just to get the latest which make it problematic or even a burden to their parents. they spend a lot of time using it. it makes them chaotic too:

Yes in a way, but i feel that whether it does good or bad depends on how the users choses to use the information found. Although it helps people by giving access to a broad range of questions and information, there are a lot of people that might chose to do bad with the widely available information.
For example finding bomb making info or some scam. On the other hand students can use it as an aid to do their research and broaden their horizons.
Some people may use group/communities to share and exchange their ideals/moral beliefs and all, but terrorist may use it to spread their instructions/messages/propaganda.
These are some examples of the good and bad side of technology. These examples are also restricted to the internet of course. There are also other technology such as handphones and webcams which make people's life more accessible and all but lose their privacy as a trade off.

In my opinion, technology is really a threat to mankind because due to the development of technology the life span of a human being is continuously decreasing as time passes. That's all!!!!

If anything,mankind is a threat to mankind.
People would die if it werent for the technology used to figure out how to feed all the people in the world.
And then theres global warming wich mankind and technology is also causing,wich could eventualy lead to mankinds end.
