Tony Hawk's Project 8 Gamerpoints for Gamerscore?

How come when I do a 500,000 point combo or get a 1,000,000 point high score I don't unlock those achievements (they are achievements to get gamerpoints)?

Is it even a acheivment to begin with? And if so maybe you have to do it while not doing any other activity, and not in some kind of free mode, also remember dont use cheats, it deffinitly wont work if you use cheats. They want you to earn gamerpoints.

Maybe those aren't goals for GamerPoints.

Maybe a 1Mil combo is, I don't know.
