It should be a white shimmer color and should be applied on the upper eye, right under your eyebrows, and inner eyes. Ever watch what not to wear? Watch it one time at the end when they do the make-up, almost every time she uses it and shows you wear to put it and why.

It's usually called a highlighter, but it can also be called shimmer. Either way a soft coloured shimmer in like a nude colour gives the same effect as a highlighter.

Its called a highlighter. You use a lighter color like a shimmery nude, very light pink, or cream. But careful to not use to much or you might turn out looking like a clown (my friend did that once) You want just enough to shimmer and open up the eyes.

It's call the high light color. It's usually a light or the lightest shade that compliments the other eye colors being worn being worn, it can also make the eye's pop more depending on the shade. As far as using it you would apply it with a brush under your eye brow if you want or blending it down to where the darkest shade is.

I would go with a vanilla highlight, with a teensie bit of shimmer in it. It gives your eyes a more open look. You can alos use a touch just in the area of your tear ducts to catch some light there too.

Highlighter, or just a plain, light eyeshadow works. Just put a small amount under your brow, in the arch. Go easy though. Too much doesn't look nice.
