You are so right--look at "kissmymiddlefinger", seems like there is an attidude adjustment lacking as is with the other bums that don't have use of a computer, other than the library.
The bum is in control when behind his sign, and so thinks some people behind a computer screen.
Just something to think about.

I have offered quite a few jobs. When they figure out it is running a barrel of concrete around a job site, they back out quite quickly!

not me but i no someone who has and all the bum had to do is watcha place and make sure nothing happend and he did it and got food and shelter and clothes for it
