I have a crush on a really good guy freind of mine. What should I do? I am wondering if he like me because he is always wanting to play his guitar for me which I find really romantic. Should I tell him or should I wait for him to possibly come around. Would this ruin or friendship?

My best friend is a guy, and I liked him literally for seven years. He had no idea, and I dated other guys on and off for a long time, but in the back of my mind, I always wondered about my friend.
So finally, his feelings begin to reciprocate, and last spring, we started dating. And...things went absolutely nowhere. Romantically speaking, there was nothing there. After three months of just seeing if things were going to move forward, we broke it off.
I've moved on and am in a very serious relationship with another guy...but I feel like right now I've never been closer to this friend of mine.
It didn't work out, but I am so happy that we at least gave it a shot, because now I don't have to wonder about what might have been.
Now here's the thing...before we started dating, we had some pretty long and serious conversations in regards to what might happen if things didn't work out. We talked about how we are both mature and reasonable people, and we would handle such a thing in a civil matter. And yes, there was some degree of awkwardness right after the break-up, but that went away.
If this guy is your best friend, it means you two probably can discuss anything. Before jumping into dating, I suggest you guys cover all of the bases here...what you ideally want in a relationship, how your friends will react...everything. If you keep the communication level strong, then you shouldn't have any major problems.
A lot of happy couples will tell you that a strong relationship comes from a strong friendship...so good luck!

Make the first move and stop wondering. You might lose him if he thinks that you're not interested. Too many people let opporitunty pass by not expressing their feelings. I'm not saying to push, just turn up the heat a little so that if the answer is "no thank-you," you can stay friends.

i wouldnt tell him right away. if u like him, ask one of ur good girlfriends to ask him and of course he is either going to deny it or confess to it..but if you really like this guy, then just go, the worst he could say is "no" and be like "i dont want this 2 ruin our friendship, but i like you! do you feel the same" or sumthing around those lines.. give him hints before you tell him that. and maybe he will give u hints..good luck to you!

You should wait for him, cuz if you tell him it might ruin the friendship.

Well I don't know exactly about your guy. But my best guy friend and me have dated, he was sweet, and very cute. But now we're back to friends again. It didn't ruin OUR friendship but i don't know about you. Guys are confusing they send mixed signals. Just try askin him if you aren't too scared.
